Delivery options
We deliver to all countries we serve (SK/CZ/DE/HU and other supported markets). Delivery is free for orders over €350. For orders under €350, the delivery cost will be displayed when you select the delivery method at checkout.
Pickup point or Z-BOX
- Packeta – pickup point or Z-BOX – €4. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days. You can select the delivery location after successfully completing payment; a map showing available pickup points and Z-BOXes will then be displayed.
Delivery to an address
- DPD courier – €5. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days. After your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

Payment options
- Online card payment – secure payment by Visa or Mastercard through the active Revolut Payment Gateway.
- Revolut Pay – fast payment via Revolut.
- Bank transfer – payment details and instructions will be displayed after the order is created. We will dispatch the order after the payment has been credited.
- Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the shipment; available at checkout in Slovakia. The cash-on-delivery fee is €3.
Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. The terms, procedure, and exceptions are set out in our Terms and Conditions. Please contact us before sending a return.
Delivery by country
Czechia (CZ): Packeta / Zásilkovna (pickup point or box). Courier according to the current offer at checkout.
Germany (DE): Hermes – the preferred delivery method; price and availability depend on the address entered at checkout.
Hungary (HU): Packeta, Foxpost, or GLS according to the current offer at checkout.
Payments: in addition to the Revolut payment gateway, Revolut Pay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery with a €3 surcharge, we also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash on delivery is available depending on the country and delivery method.
