066 - Opening the chest

Ideal composition, maximum strength and effectivenessAs the basis for YaoMedica alcohol tinctures, we use the highest-quality herbs and mushrooms collected where they have been at home for millions of years: in the untouched nature of the Chinese highlands. As a result, they are full of energy that flows to you when you take the products. We first grind the herbs and mushrooms into a very fine powder using a special machine, then let them rest for a month in 50% alcohol.

This is called maceration. We stir and dynamize the macerate every day to extract as many active substances as possible from the herbs and mushrooms and to blend all the ingredients thoroughly. Finally, we bottle the tinctures for you. We do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way, so they retain all their strength. This is something that definitely sets us apart from the competition. Why do we macerate instead of making only herbal decoctions or hot-water extracts?

During maceration, far more beneficial substances are released from the herbs and mushrooms. Alcohol also gives the herbs very strong dynamism and enhances their effects. The effect is further intensified by the fact that you swallow the tincture directly, so all the active ingredients are released into the body through the mouth.

Dosage

Standard doseThe daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two portions, morning and evening. So, if you weigh 70 kg, take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. The tincture will then last you approximately 15 days. Increased doseIn acute conditions, up to three times the dose may be administered. It is advisable to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal.Take tinctures on an empty stomach.

The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it. The tincture can be diluted with a little hot water, causing the alcohol to evaporate. This is ideal when the tincture is taken by children or, for example, drivers. You usually need two to three packages for one month, depending on the daily dose.
