A blend of important mushrooms, Cordyceps, Shiitake and Maitake, and modern ingredients such as D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, chondroitin sulfate, MSM and vitamin C, supports the normal function of bones and cartilage.

The optimal combination of vital mushrooms Cordyceps, Shiitake and Maitake combined with chondroprotective ingredients such as D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, chondroitin sulfate, MSM and vitamin C supports the normal function of your bones and cartilage.

Dosage

• 90 plant-based capsules with 730 mg of extract (also suitable for vegans)
• regular dose: 2–6 capsules daily - 1 capsule contains 0.5 g of bioactive substances and mushrooms.
• increased dose: 3–8 capsules daily - Consultation with a doctor or Chinese medicine specialist is recommended.

We recommend taking it 5 days a week and taking 2 days off.

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea.

For children, the dosage is reduced proportionally to age.
