Dosage

Recommended daily dose6 tablets twice daily(children aged 3 to 12 years: 3 tablets twice daily)1 tablet contains 0.3 g of mushrooms and herbs. We recommend taking it for 5 days each week and skipping 2 days. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. Warning:The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
