As a result, they are full of energy that flows to you when you use the products.We first grind the herbs and mushrooms into a very fine powder using a special machine, then let them rest for a month in 50% alcohol.

This is called maceration. We stir and invigorate the macerate every day so that as many active substances as possible are extracted from the herbs and mushrooms and all the ingredients blend beautifully. Finally, we bottle the tinctures for you. We do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way, so they retain all their strength. This is something that definitely sets us apart from the competition. Why do we macerate instead of simply making herbal decoctions or extracts in hot water?

During maceration, many more beneficial substances are released from the herbs and mushrooms. The alcohol also gives the herbs a very strong dynamism and enhances their effects. The effect is further amplified by the fact that you swallow the tincture directly, so all the active ingredients are released into the body already in the mouth.

Dosage

Regular doseThe daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two portions, morning and evening. This means that if you weigh 70 kg, you take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. The tincture will then last you approximately 15 days. Increased doseIn acute conditions, up to three times the dose may be administered. It is advisable to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal. Take tinctures on an empty stomach.

The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it. The tincture can be diluted with a little hot water, which will cause the alcohol to evaporate. This is ideal when the tincture is taken by children or, for example, drivers. You usually need two to three packages for one month, depending on the daily dose.
